Role: Parts Advisor
Location: Sheffield, S60
Contract Type: Full Time, Perm
Hours: 06:00 - 18:00 4 on 4 off shifts (2,002 hours per annum)
Salary: £18,500 + Bonus (OTE £20,900)
What will you be doing
You will distribute parts and ensure that the Workshop & Body Shop have everything they need. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication with the preparation centre and deliver world-class customer service. Your other responsibilities include:
- Stock reporting and analysis to ensure parts are stocked correctly.
- Manage the inventory and replenish/order parts as necessary.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
What do we need from you?
You will need to be able to communicate effectively and clearly over email, phone and face to face. You will need to be able to prioritise your own workload and manage the expectations and needs of your stakeholders. Being computer literate is essential but really all we need from you is:
- Full UK/EU Driving License.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of vehicle parts (desirable).
