Salary: £19,500 OTE £27,000
Richard Abson Group are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a brilliant car dealership in Cheshire area.
Role
Your role as a Parts Advisor within the dealership is to provide a high level of customer service, projecting a quality image of the brand and company and ensuring you exceed all customer expectations. Advise the customer on additional parts and services, meeting the customers’ requirements. You will be stock taking and orders the parts to the dealership. You will also be working independently to achieve set targets and liaising with members of the public face-to-face and over the phone, as well as liaising with the internal Workshop. Organisation is key to this role as you will need to process paperwork on time and in order.
You’ll work in a team of 4, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 8:30am – 5:30pm and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30pm.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Parts Advisor
* High level of customer service
* Strong organisational skills, to keep up to date with administration work
