We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Telesales Advisor to join our team in Luton supplying all makes and models of Parts to the automotive industry. We are looking for someone experienced in the motor parts trade or with a proven record in telesales success.
Reporting to the Parts Team Leader you will manage both in and out-bound calls; identifying parts requirements, providing advice and support to trade customers regarding technical knowledge or ordering platforms and promoting products and offers to secure sales.
To succeed in this role you will need a natural flair for sales, fantastic communication skills and the ability to nurture relationships with repeat customers, providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations on every interaction.
We are looking for the following…
* Ability to actively identify and convert sales opportunities
* Passion and drive for exceeding targets
* Experience providing exceptional customer service
* Excellent communication skills over the telephone
* Competence in Microsoft packages
