Renault Retail Group seeks a Parts Advisor to join our Trade Parts Hub in Hayes, Middlesex (UB3).
Current experience in automotive Parts office experience / motor factors telesales is essential.
This Trade Parts Advisor role will involve inbound and outbound telesales of branded automotive car and LCV parts, accessories and consumables from our core brands Renault and Dacia to new and existing b2b trade customers, local and regional businesses and fleet clients.
Daily objectives include achieving sales targets, develop trade accounts and up-sale opportunities by phone and email, sustain 98% or higher calls answered, ensuring accuracy of all orders, courtesy calls to customers before delivery van cut-off times, ensuring customer orders are issued to the correct van routes, and delivering top quality customer service at all times.
Duties extend to covering of the click-and-collect counter, with occasional responsibilities including quarterly stock takes, assistance with the warehouse and logistics team, sales and VOR reports, plus other tasks related to the Trade Parts remit.
We seek candidates that have experience in parts telesales, ideally involving business-to-business, trade car and van parts, TPS or motor factor supply to fleet clientele, but we will consider candidates with retail (B2C) parts experience.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, able to organise themselves effectively whilst working under pressure and who are highly customer focused.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm with 1-hour lunch break, plus alternate Saturday mornings, 8:30am to 12:30pm.
In return we offer a basic salary of up to £28,000 per annum plus £1,867.32 pa for the Saturday morning overtime which is paid at time-and-a-half (total £29,867.32 pa). The monthly bonus allows earnings up to or in excess of £32,200 per annum.
