PDI and Preparation Supervisor

We are looking for a PDI and PREPARATION SUPERVISOR to take responsibility of one of the busiest Vehicle Valet Bays in Devon; based in a Plymouth multi-brand hub you will be overseeing a team comprising of:

• Inside Valet team
• External forecourt washing team
• PDI Drivers (local area logistics)
• Compound Supervisors

You will be responsible for controlling the preparation process of new and used vehicles, from initial arrival through to forecourt or handover standards.  Ensuring timescales are met and quality is maintained.

To control this operation, you will need to come from an automotive background and be familiar in staff supervision/vehicle logistics. You’ll require good IT skills and fantastic people skills. Quality and customer service are key to success.
