Description
Working with the Service Director you will be empowered to lead a team of Service Managers to deliver exceptional customer experience as well as maximised profitability. You will be part of an ambitious team in a highly successful dealership, a team that thrives on driving forward the standard in consumer care and delivering sales advice that people can trust.
Managing a highly successful service process, you will guide and support Service Managers to sell hours, together with a range of add-on products, whilst continually looking at avenues for growth.
You will be a driven, motivated and disciplined individual who is able to communicate well and build on the successes that have been seen within the service across the group. Your passion, energy and commitment must be second to none and should be demonstrable at interview.
What will you be doing?

Ensure service departments achieve profit targets, maintain and increase workshop capacity and control expenses as detailed in budgets and business plans.
*
Maximise capacity within the workshops, profitability opportunity and actively set out to achieve and exceed dealership objectives.
*
Ensure continuity of standards and maintain high levels of operational performance
*
Ensure that all reporting and administrative functions are carried out at the appropriate time and kept up to date.
*
Maximise every sales opportunity through the effective management and control of the service department management teams.
What will you need to be successful?
*
A strong and stable career in a Senior Service Department or similar role, within a branded car dealership is essential.
*
The ability to lead and work with your team, bringing out the best performance from them in a manner that builds relationships and team spirit.
*
Possess an energy and genuine regard for the importance of the customer journey to the sustainability of the business and the brand partnerships.
*
Ensures procedures and attitudes are in place throughout their area of responsibility to deliver excellent levels of service.
*
Experience of effectively analysing and interpreting all types of service data, to accurately diagnose and put in place appropriate solutions to ensure business success and growth.
