Bowker Motor Group is recruiting a full time Retail Sales Manager for their BMW Centre on Trident Park in Blackburn.
As opportunities in the prestige motor industry like this are extremely rare, all applicants must have a proven automotive Retail Sales Management background or be a high performing sales executive looking for the next move. You must be self motivated, energetic, ambitious, aware of FCA legislation and well organised, with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Main duties will include:
- Maximising the sale of and profitability of vehicles and associated products.
- Effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing the Sales Executives to perform at an industry leading standard.
- Overseeing the current customer database to identify both retention and conquest opportunities
- Maintaining FCA compliance and maximising F&I income of the New Car Department
