How you’ll play your part
We’re looking for a passionate and creative team member to help drive innovation within our fast-paced department, playing an integral role in the National Sales Retailer Hub you’ll provide key support functions to ensure delivery of a class leading service to our franchised network. You’ll be a confident and engaging communicator providing day-to-day support to our network and internal stakeholders. You’ll support the Retailer Hub Specialist with the implementation and management of all Display Stock in our franchised partners’ showrooms. Maximising our business opportunity by maintaining customer visibility, stock rotation, diversity and representation of all of our cars in Retailer showrooms.
You’ll be flexible and able to stay ahead of the game by prioritising your workload and reacting quickly to market changes ensuring timely response, management and vehicle transferal to create a consistent, class-leading service. You’ll be a data driven decision maker, able to prepare analysis of key topic areas for discussion and liaise with key internal stakeholders.
You’ll take a proactive approach to problem solving, identifying trends and opportunities to implement new initiatives and processes based on inbox insights. The Retailer Hub is a team environment with an agile approach; alongside your day-to-day role you’ll have the opportunity to support key projects with the Retailer Hub Specialists and Strategic Development Managers.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who has the ability and a desire to provide exceptional support to our customers and franchise partners. You’ll be able to apply your high attention to detail whilst also forging positive working relationships and communicating with all levels of management.
As part of the role you will be required to have a flexible approach to working hours, this will include Bank Holidays and weekend cover on a rota basis.
