An exciting opportunity has been created at Mercedes-Benz of Guildford for a Sales Administrator.
Mercedes-Benz of Guildford forms part of the Sandown Motor Group and has over 30 years of experience, selling and servicing Mercedes-Benz cars. Their simple goal is to deliver the most outstanding service from each of their sites in Guildford, Basingstoke, Poole, Dorchester, Salisbury, Hindhead, Newbury and Epsom.
As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Administrator, you are responsible for providing support to the Sales Team by preparing all relevant documentation for an efficient handover of the vehicle to the customer. Processing of relevant stock information onto the stock database and providing general administrative support to the business, as required. The hours are 0830 to 1730 Monday to Friday, working within a team of friendly like-minded people.
- Secure both New and Used vehicle once orders placed by our customers
- Provide updates to internal and external parties
- Raise relevant documentation for customers
- Provide weekly updates to sales staff on current orders
- Liaise with Transaction Managers and Sales Team for order packs
- Upload finance documents
- Ensure vehicles are paid in full by customers prior to taxing
- Taxing of both new and used vehicles
- Raise internal requests for vehicle pre delivery inspection and additional agreed work
- Assist with bringing site purchases into stock
- Registering service plans
- Upload deal files onto M-Store
The successful candidate will ideally have previous automotive experience in a similar role, however if you have great administrative experience in a similar environment, your application may still be considered. You will have great interpersonal and communication skills, have fantastic organisational skills and attention to detail. You will also have excellent IT skills, with automotive systems experience such as Kerridge being a bonus.
Salary £24,000, plus lots of benefits including the most up to date training offered by the manufacturer, life assurance and staff discounts.
