Sales Controller / Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced main dealer car Sales Professional to join our client’s franchised dealership as a SALES CONTROLLER/BUSINESS MANAGER.

Working closely with the Sales Manager you will be managing the Sales Executive team to a strong monthly Sales performance.  Driving departmental Sales through processes and training each member to operate at their maximum potential.

Responsibilities will extend to overseeing FCA and Brand compliance, second facing customers, stacking deals, valuing part exchanges and proposing finance agreements.

This position requires an experienced motor industry professional.  You will need to be an existing Business Manager, Sales Controller, Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive with demonstrable supervisory responsibilities.  You will have a solid track record and a stable career to date.
