Sales Executive (car leasing) - York
Basic Salary £20,000 - plus UNCAPPED commission £35k + OTE
Our client supplies new cars, vans and specialist vehicles through their respected and long-established brokerage based in North Yorkshire. Experience in selling cars and vans not essential although a proven background in selling an advantage. This is an organisation with a can-do attitude, incredible drive and a senior management team with infectious enthusiasm.
They have a new sales division and they are looking for talented sales professionals preferably with experience qualifying and converting in-bound leads to support their growth ambitions in 2020.

* UNCAPPED commission with an estimated OTE to £35,000 but can earn more!

The Role
* To convert in-bound sales leads into orders
* To ensure sales processes are followed and in keeping with FCA rules
* To achieve agreed targets for volume and profit
* To maintain accurate notes and records on the company’s CRM system
* To provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to the Sales Manager
* To be an ambassador for the company and only ever act in the best interests of the client
* To build strong and trusted relationships that ensure clients come back to you time and time again
You will be a people person at heart, who understands the importance of following a sales process and managing your own disciplines.
Ideally you will have experience in selling and possess drive, honesty and a can-do attitude over experience
