Senior Sales Executive

A SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE is required to focus solely on the used, multi-brand section of a large franchised main dealer hub in Exeter.

Working from their brand new, dedicated used showroom / forecourt, running with a consistent, healthy stock level of top-quality premium used vehicles, there is plenty of opportunity for a skilled Executive, who has a preference to the used sector, to succeed.

Your responsibility will combine selling used cars, finance, and products, with leading the 2-member team.  You’ll undertake some Controller duties including second facing, deal stacking and part exchange valuations.  Your personal Sales target will be reduced to allow you to maximise your income whilst carrying out departmental duties.

Candidates will need to be experienced car Sales Executives or Sales Controllers who can handle a higher volume of Sales without losing sight of customer service and FCA compliance.   This would be ideal for a seasoned Executive looking to progress towards management.

A competitive basic salary, and high, uncapped commissions package is offered along with the use of a company vehicle.
