Senior Service Advisor

An exciting SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR position has become available within a Plymouth based franchised main dealer.

The role would suit an experienced Service Advisor wishing to take the next step towards Service Management.

You will need to have relevant experience gained in the motor industry franchised dealer environment – as a Service or Senior Service Advisor.  You should have a concise understanding of all aspects of the role; systems, processes and IT, along with the ability to deliver a first-class customer experience.
