Senior Service Advisor

Our very well-established privately owned franchise dealership workshop is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor:

Basic 23k (Completely negotiable for the right person)

OTE (28k though again in excess of this figure for the right person)

Working hours are Monday to Friday on a rota basis - 7.30 - 4.30, 8.00 - 5.00 and 8.30 - 5.30.

One Saturday morning in three 8.30 - 12.00 noon.

Flexibility will be required to ensure our client meets our customer commitments.

A proven track record in achieving KPI's and driving a service desk team to success is a must.

This is a very friendly, hardworking workshop so you must be a team player who can bring the best out of people.

Knowledge of Pinnacle would be a great advantage or a similar DMS.

You can expect to achieve a salary with bonuses of over 28k per annum.

The salary will be catered to fit your experience and expectations.
