We are seeking a skilled Administrator to undertake the role of SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR within a busy, prestige commercial service centre, based on the outskirts of Exeter.
You will be responsible for accurately preparing and processing all service invoices and documentation to ensure department invoiced hour targets are met and customers are invoiced correctly. Ensuring that no work is undertaken prior to authorisation is a key activity.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of warranty processes and policies
- Experienced in the use of Kerridge and Xentry
- Have a good Product and skill understanding
- Excellent Administration skills
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
To be considered, you should come from an automotive administration background with a rounded knowledge and understanding of the role
Working hours are Monday to Friday (45 hours) with the potential of slight flexibility on start and finish times.
