Vacancy description
The Dick Lovett Group is looking to recruit a Service Administrator to work at our BMW Bath Dealership to effectively assist with our busy Aftersales department.
In order to keep our customers fully updated and satisfied, the successful applicant will have previous experience in this field, be an excellent communicator, very well organised and be computer literate.
Key responsibilities within the role would be –
* Complete and invoice repair orders with accurate costs and times involved.
* Complete warranty invoicing and submit to manufacturers. Reconcile paid claims.
* Accurately update the database on customer service files on a daily basis.
* Provide secretarial assistance to the Service Department.
* Ensure the highest levels of customer care/satisfaction whilst maintaining the professional image of the company
