Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced car dealer SERVICE ADVISOR to join a satellite franchised main dealer near Glastonbury.

This role will involve working in a department, frequently without management cover, and therefore it is essential that you will be experienced in the role and have a robust knowledge of the Kerridge Dealer Management System, 1-link,  Parts Processes and the Motability Scheme.

Supporting a busy team of Technicians, you will be booking vehicles into the workshop, overseeing them through to completion, keeping customers fully updated and making them aware of additional requirements, products and services.
