Service Advisor

Our client a well respected retailer is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor for it's business in Ashford, Kent.

Due to the nature of the position previous experience in this role is essential, you will also require good confident communication skills both face to face and on the telephone. You will have exceptional organisational skills, and be computer literate as all systems are computer based.

The role will include to meet and greet service customers and identify their service requirements along with any other opportunities for up sell, ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop, in a concise manner.

You will possess an outgoing and confident personality and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. The salary is negotiable and will reflect your experience and skill level, and prospects for career progression are excellent within this fast paced organisation. 

The salary package is a £21,000 basic with an attractive £28,000 - OTE

Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm - alternate Saturday mornings 8.00am to 1.00pm
