WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Working in the Service Centre you will be responsible for making sure customers know of all products and services available in CarShop. You will receive customer enquiries by phone and in person, with the highest courtesy and integrity and ensure that all needs and requirements are met.
The main part of the role will be advising on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken as well as expected completion times. Finally, you will ensure all work was completed and that cash sales are charged, and money collected.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
You will need to be a professional and well-presented person with a passion for customer service. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as brilliant attention to detail.
Ideally, you will have experience in the motor industry, bonus if it is in a service centre environment. A passion and interest in cars with a desire to learn more about servicing and mechanical work.
A full UK/EU Driving license is essential for this role.

Basic: £19,814 - £22,000
OTE: £25,000 - £28,000
