Service Advisor

Are you a fully experienced Service Advisor who is IT literate and has good communication skills? If so, you need to keep reading.

Required for this franchised motor dealership, you will:

• Handle customer enquiries.
• Book customers in.
• Arrange collections/deliveries.
• Produce job cards.
• See customers in.
• Obtain fleet authorisations.
• Price up and sell additional work.
• Keep customers informed of progress/delays.
• Invoice.
• Handle payments.
• Hand over vehicles.

To be considered for this position, you must be able to work under pressure. If you have volume dealership experience, your application will be given priority consideration.
