Service Advisor

A customer services specialist is required to join a busy car and light commercials dealer in Bridgwater.

Undertaking the role of a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR, you will be positioned at the service reception front desk, providing customers with a warm welcome and a great service.

Key activities of the role include:

• Taking service, repair and maintenance bookings via telephone, face to face and email contact
• Processing bookings through the internal (Kerridge) IT system
• Liaising with the workshop team to ensure all is in place for each booked job
• Keeping customers informed throughout work in progress – upselling any additional work requirements
• Presenting and upselling a range of approved products and services
• Undertaking all related administration (including invoicing), handing over cars, and taking payments

Ideally, you will have occupied the car dealer Service Advisor role in the past.  As a minimum, you need to have worked in a car dealer, in a customer-facing capacity, and have an understanding of the Service Advisor position.
