Service Supervisor/Controller

We are seeking an experienced SERVICE SUPERVISOR/CONTROLLER to join an approved repairer near Helston.

Running a small workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the business meets its objectives in:

• Customer Service Standards
• Workshop Quality
• Technician Efficiency and Productivity

You will need to clearly understand the core requirements of Workshop Control and balance this with Service Advisor duties; invoicing, explaining, and upselling additionally required work and presenting approved products and services.  You must have experience in workshop team leadership and be confident in people management.

Therefore, this role would suit an existing Senior Service Advisor, Workshop Controller or Assistant Service Manager.

In addition to a competitive basic salary, the business also offers a realistic bonus worth a further potential £500 per month.
