As a Service Telemarketer in this franchised motor dealership, you will:
- Identify customers with services/MOTs due/overdue.
- Contact customers to book them in.
- Identify/resolve complaints.
- Liaise with Parts/Service Managers to resolve disputes.
- Sell additional work to customers.
- Sell service plans.
Applicants must have experience of selling on the phone, be IT literate and have excellent communication skills. Having motor trade experience is highly desirable.
