Trainee Car Sales Executive
Toyota Cheltenham is currently selecting suitable applicants to attend a Sales Executive Recruitment Day which will be held locally on Thursday 28th September 2023.
Description:
We are looking to recruit both car sales executives and brand specialists for both dealerships. You will be people orientated, with a desire to provide exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction, with excellent communication skills and solution focussed problem-solvers who are passionate about going the extra mile for our clients. You will be responsible for engaging customers with the latest Toyota products and technologies. You will deliver presentations of our products and vehicles, showing an outstanding knowledge and understanding of all things Toyota.
Don’t worry if you’re not a Toyota expert right now – our comprehensive training programme will teach you everything you need to know.
You must have a full, valid driving licence and be able to work between 08.30 and 18:00 Monday – Saturday with a day off in the week, and alternate Sundays 10:00 – 16:00.
Role and Responsibilities
To create and maintain a positive customer-friendly sales environment.
To offer and promote the value of all new and used vehicles in line with Listers and the brand’s trading policies
To always be prepared to receive and welcome new customers’ enquiries (via telephone, walk-in, e-mail and LiveChat)
To guide and inform the customer whilst being able to give a competent and enthusiastic presentation of all of the vehicles within the product range
To offer, promote and sell the value of all new and used vehicles in line with Listers and the brand’s trading policiesWhat we are looking for:
You will have a proven record of excellent customer satisfaction and ability to work with people.
The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
A real hunger to meet and exceed targets & KPI's.
Unlimited confidence, resilience & energy.
You will hold a valid UK drivers licence.What to expect:
• Typically you can expect to earn £30,000 - £40,000 in your first year.
• Use of a company car.
