Trainee Car Transporter
Shifts: Days & Nights
Igloo are recruiting experienced Class 1 drivers to train up to be car transporters in various UK locations. You will be required to collect cars and deliver cars to dealerships and depots around the UK.
The Role:
* Delivering cars on a car transporter.
* Ensuring every car is delivered to high standards set every time.
* Maintain the high standards of the vehicle and driving hours compliance.
* Full training will be given, providing you have held a Class 1 licence for a minimum of 2 years.
What kind of person we are looking for?:
* You must hold a CE category on your driving licence (essential) - with a maximum of 6 points for minor offences.
* Be confident to drive cars on a trailer at height.
* You must be able to demonstrate your knowledge about transport legislation and tachographs.
* Great communication skills and a passion for meeting the highest standards set.
* Hold a valid CPC, driver qualification card and tachograph card.
* You must always work efficiently but to a high standard to meet customer expectations.
* Be keen to learn new skills and ways of working
