About the Role
We are recruiting a skilled PDI Technician to maintain and uphold high standards by inspecting, preparing, and ensuring used vehicles are fully road-ready. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and expertise in vehicle inspection and fault diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on used cars
*
Identify and repair mechanical and cosmetic faults as part of the PDI process
*
Prepare approximately 2 vehicles daily, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards
*
Use diagnostic tools and equipment confidently to verify vehicle condition
*
Ensure every vehicle is fully compliant, safe, and customer-ready before delivery
Candidate Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance, Automotive Engineering, or similar
*
Proven experience in used vehicle inspection, fault diagnosis, and preparation
*
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, mechanical systems, and safety standards
*
Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working efficiently within deadlines
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
