Used Cars - Sales Manager
We are a fast-paced expanding used car supermarket group with branches in Hinckley, Stoke-on-Trent, Wolverhampton, Witham, Luton and Newcastle Under Lyme with more branches opening next year. We have an opening for a Dynamic, energetic and focused Sales Manager at our Stoke branch. The foot fall in the business is high generated by our inbound and outbound telesales team making appointments.
We need a strong Sales Manager who has drive and determination, someone who can control and close deals. Uncapped earnings, with a basic salary of £25,000 per annum plus commission, realistic OTE can be £55,000 plus, this position includes a company car.
The successful applicant will be
Able to interact with customers coming into the showroom and delivering the highest quality of customer service.
A great manager of people
Second facing customers
Responsible for their team within the business
Be able to conduct weekly reviews and monthly appraisals
Hitting and exceeding monthly Team sales target
Skills and attributes
Sales management experience and acumen within a car supermarket would be ideal for this position (ideal but not essential)
A driven individual with passion
Able to deliver a great customer experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills and good eye for detail
Full UK Driving Licence
A presentable and professional individual
Have leadership qualities and skills
Effective time management
This is a new position within V12 Sports and Classics and will command a basic salary of £25,000 plus bonuses which will give earnings in excess of £55,000, company car included
