Basic Salary £50,000 with OTE up to £65,000

An exciting and very rare opportunity has arisen for a forward-thinking, people-focused Used Car Sales Manager to join out highly successful Ford Centre in Chelmsford. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic, fast paced sales department while focusing on achieving sales goals and ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service.
You will lead and inspire your team to meet their objectives while providing hands on coaching. You will play an active part in the recruitment process of your team. You will effectively manage the supply of used vehicles to achieve brand and centre goals.
As a Sales Manager, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by adhering to customer satisfaction indicators within your centre. It is critical that you maximise commercial opportunities by planning and implementing effective and consistent events and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

You will have gained prior experience in a similar role in the automotive industry. You will be a role model for customer service excellence, leading by example and having the ability to bring out the best in your team.
You will have an understanding of the relevant consumer and local market influences. You will have experience in effectively analysing and interpreting various types of commercial data, to accurately diagnose and implement appropriate solutions to ensure the success and growth of the business.
