Due to being a customer facing role, the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times is expected, whether this is in person or on the phone, delivering what's important to each individual customer is key.
Vehicle Damage Assessors are expected to identify the correct repair methods and produce an accurate assessment after inspecting the damage of vehicles. Keeping up to date with insurance information and fully understand the various contracts is also of importance. Vehicle Assessors will have experience of using Audatex systems, as well as Bodyshop management software, preferably with the relevant qualifications, are a key requirement for the role.
Working closely in partnership with our Technicians and Customer Services, to ensure that decisions are made on the appropriate method of repair. As a family business we pride ourselves on being a close-knit team, and a culture of sharing knowledge of best practice with each other.
