We now have an exciting opportunity at Marriott Motor Group (MMG) to be Head of Sales for our Volkswagen Division.

Reporting to the Volkswagen Brand Director, this role will have responsibility for all operational aspects of New and Used vehicle Sales for the Volkswagen Passenger Car and Commercial Vehicle Division. Essentially, you will be instrumental in achieving the short- and medium-term Divisional Sales objectives, whilst working toward the delivery of the longer-term strategic aims of the Division in collaboration with the Brand Director and broader Management team.
On a day to day basis you will provide support to the Brand Director in the implementation of the pre-determined Sales CRM process to deliver the primary business objectives. You will have complete responsibility for leading, coaching and supporting the Sales Management team with an emphasis on creating and sustaining a culture of success and colleague development. This will require an interactive hands-on approach and will include conducting regular site-specific operational reviews in order to achieve continuous improvement and group sustainability, with a focus on customer retention, process management, people development, operational performance and legislative compliance.
In order to succeed, you will have an in-depth understanding of Sales related KPI’s and Financial metrics along with a demonstrable history of consistently achieving these key measures. You will possess the insight to identify current and potential risks/opportunities across the Division along with the tenacity and skills to pro-actively and effectively respond to these.
