The Role

We are currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to join the Aftersales team in our SKODA dealership in Northampton to oversee processes related to warranty work. This role works closely with the workshop and service advisor teams and is crucial to ensuring the correct steps are followed to complete warranty work correctly.This role reports to the Aftersales Manager and is offered on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all Warranty and department administration
  • Achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times
  • Approach all tasks from senior management eagerly and cooperate fully when requested
  • Plan ahead and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within the agreed time scales
  • Greet customers and visitors prompt, courteously, and professionally
  • Ensure all Group, Manufacturer, policies and practices and Statutory Legislation are strictly adhered to
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives
  • Remain professional, calm and positive at all times

Required Skills and Experience

Previous experience within a Administration role is preferred, although we would also consider someone from a Service Advisor background. Knowledge of the Kerridge system would be beneficial but not essential
