We require a Warranty Administrator of the highest calibre to join our busy Volkswagen Dealership in Liverpool. We offer a superb opportunity to the right person who is able to demonstrate an aptitude to learn and a keenness to develop a rewarding career within the Automotive industry.
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator with warranty experience, to join a fantastic company and brand.
You will be responsible for the warranty process within the service department by working closely with both the advisors and the management. Your role will be to control all warranty claims within the department to make sure all the paperwork is done to both group and manufacturer standards. You must be an organised individual who is thorough with general administration.
We are looking for someone with a solid warranty administration background or Service Administration background. You must have experience within a Car Dealership and knowledge of the Kerridge dealer management system.
Key Requirements:
- 18 months experience minimum working as a main dealer warranty admin or service admin
- Good Knowledge of the Kerridge System
- Superb Organisational and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets
- Strong teamwork skills
- Full driving licence
