Reg Vardy has grown significantly ove the last 12 months and is still on the acquisition trail. We now have more than 90 dealerships and we will soon break the 100 barrier.

As a sales manager you will use your entrepreneurial skills to manage your dealership's sales operation. Each of our dealerships runs with a full management team charged with running the business 'as if it were your own'. Because of the volumes that we sell our larger dealerships have two sales managers, one for new and one for used cars.
As a business manager you will be responsible for controlling a busy sales team, maximising every opportunity to do business including closing deals. This is not a typical F&I job - it is much more exciting and a lot more rewarding. Most of our dealerships have more than one business manager to give us seven-day cover.
We have dealerships across the UK from Aberdeen to Reading so we will have an opportunity near you - if not now than perhaps very soon.
The recently launched Vardy Academy will provide you with training and development and a clearly defined career path.
We are looking for people who want to get on in life. People who want to become general managers - or even directors - in time. But first you must demonstrate an ability to manage a team of people and deal with a large stock of cars as well as showing an understanding of marketing. It sounds simple doesn't it, but we know it isn't.
