As a field-based training consultant, you will deliver training to retailer staff of one of our key automotive clients. You will have expertise in one or more of the following.
A certificate in Training Practice would be an advantage.
As a sales coach, you will provide in-retailer support to sales executives, focusing on raising the bar in customer service and sales. A credible background in sales and an ability to impart your expertise and knowledge effectively is key to this role. There are field-based roles throughout the UK supporting this key client programme.
Can you design, manage and develop leading-edge learning programmes? Can you apply this skill to the automotive sector?
Educated to at least degree level, you will have a proven track record in instructional design, preferably within the automotive sector. With a wide-ranging portfolio of achievements, you will be able to devise innovative training programmes that reflect clients’ specific needs and culture.
You will be capable of working to tight deadlines and exacting standards and will have a meticulous eye for detail.
Working under pressure in a team environment while maintaining a sense of humour will be key.
Are you able to manage complex projects in a pressurised environment and work to tight timelines with meticulous attention to detail? Are you customer-focused and able to empathise with clients and their individual needs?
You will have a broad-ranging background in project management, preferably gained within the automotive sector. Flexible but focused, you will be able to deliver assignments on time and to budget yet be motivated to exceed customer expectations.
Working closely with other players within the learning team, you will engage naturally and effectively to achieve team goals.
Do you have knowledge of the latest learning methodologies? Can you apply these in a focused, practical way to leading-edge learning solutions?
Educated to at least degree level and preferably CIPD qualified, you will have wide-ranging experience of developing and applying learning solutions to programmes that focus on specific client needs.
You will be able to balance academic theory with practical solutions to meet the detailed requirements of our clients.
Experience of delivering in the automotive sector would be widely desirable.
