Kia marketing man takes on RAC role

Former Kia head of marketing Gary Elliott has joined the RAC as head of brand management with responsibility for marketing, advertising and research.

Mr Elliott, who played a key role in developing the Kia brand, which took record sales last year, is reunited with RAC group marketing director Ken Lee. Both previously worked for Hyundai. Kia is yet to name a replacement, though it has drawn up a shortlist of candidates.
