R-M, which is putting more onus on its distribution network to raise sales, has conceded that it must improve delivery time to the UK following distributor dissatisfaction.

UK managing director Paul Buckingham said R-M had already cut supply time in half - 18 months ago it was two weeks from order to delivery. He expects further reductions from technological developments like e-commerce application RM@acquisition, which enables distributors to order, and track, product over the internet.
