Suzuki GB has extended its UK roadside assistance service, operated by Mondial, from one to three years, matching its warranty package.

Mondial Assistance national sales manager Daniel Burgess said dealers would benefit from the enhanced package, which also includes cover for collision damage waiver.

“By extending branded assistance cover to three years, Mondial is helping Suzuki to retain customer loyalty and to generate more repair revenue for its dealer network,” he said.

Suzuki has added six members to its warranty team: Simon Anderson, Mark Baker, George Darley, John Harvey, Alistair Lindsay and Martin Mickels.
