Manheim Auction Services, part of Cox Automotive Europe, has appointed new general managers at its Leeds and Bristol locations as part of its UK growth strategy.
Ben Musther will lead Manheim Leeds, while Jason Lee is now in charge of Manheim Bristol.
The business said the new appointments complete a year of "strategic leadership changes designed to strengthen the business and support its continued growth".
Musther brings over 20 years of experience with Manheim, having held a variety of operational roles across the business.
In a statement, Manheim said Musther's "deep understanding of the auction environment and strong leadership credentials make him ideally placed to lead the organisation’s largest northern site".
Lee joins from Copart Bristol, which he managed for the last five years. He also spend over a decade at Asda, where he led strategic initiatives and large teams.
His appointment sees him take the helm at one of Manheim’s flagship sites, where he will focus on operational excellence and customer delivery.
David Parnham, senior director – Manheim Auction Services, said: "We’ve built a team that combines deep operational knowledge with a clear focus on customer delivery, and that puts us in a great position to support our customers through a fast-changing market.
"These two appointments are a great example of how we continue to invest in home-grown talent that understands our business and our customers inside out.”
