Aston Green Audi leads the way in customer care

Aston Green Audi in Slough has been commended for its high standard of customer service. The Audi Centre has been awarded the certificate for the Handbook Service Organisation (HSO), the Audi standard equivalent to the ISO 9002 quality standard.

HSO looks in detail at the procedures employed within the Audi centre for dealing with customers' parts and service requirements.

Robert Donald, HSO project manager at Aston Green Audi, said: This formally acknowledges Aston Green Audi as a superior organisation and confirms to our customers the high standards of service we provide. It was a great team effort involving co-operation from all of the Audi Centre's staff.”

Aston Green Audi will now be utilising its knowledge of the standard to implement similar procedures at its sister company, Reading Audi.
