Lance Bradley has been appointed divisional director sales operations forMitsuishi Motors UK. He joined the company in September last year from Ford as general manager sales operations.

Mr Bradley will report directly to Paul Williams, sales and marketingdirector, who said: "Since Lance joined the company last year, after 12 years with Ford, he has used his experience to do a remarkable job completely restructuring the sales analysis, vehicle ordering and stock rotation functions. In addition to leading our team of area managers. This re-organisation has put us in a position where we have expanded our retail sales by 30%. This has been done by smoothing out the ordering and supply interface between our dealers, ourselves as the importer and Mitsubishi the manufacturer.”

His new responsibilities include heading up fleet, retail and the used car operations.

With Mitsubishi retail sales having increased by 50% in September, fleet and user-chooser business will be developed and focused upon. Mitsubishi dealers will have increased opportunities to be involved in this sector of the market, the company said.
