Mercedes-Benz dealers are to be given a rallying call tomorrow at the second meeting called by those campaigning against the MB-UK decision to issue its 156-strong network with early termination notices.

For only the second time since the company issued its notices in December, in excess of 120 dealers are expected to meet with leaders of the Mercedes-Benz Dealers Campaign at the National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham, tomorrow morning.

A campaign spokeswoman said: “The aim is rally the dealer network to continue its opposition to MB-UK decision as well as update them on the progress of our campaign.”

Dealers claim the 12-month termination contracts are illegal and have taken their case to the High Court. A hearing is scheduled to start on July 16.
