Preliminary calculations have revealed an unexpected trend in the 2001 AM100 which will be published in the issue of Automotive Management which reaches readers on May 25.

Piers Trenear-Thomas, of RSM Robson Rhodes, AM's partner in preparing the list, will explain the background to the development at the AM100 dinner. Those attending the event, to be held at the Birmingham International Convention Centre on May 24 after the AM spring conference, will be the first to see the new ranking.
