Tom Buehlmann, marketing director for online car retailer OneSwoop, is leaving the company today after 15 months.

He said: "The reason for heading on is that the start-up phase of intensive marketing is now complete. As a result, OneSwoop doesn't really need a large, heavy-weight marketing team."

Mr Buehlmann said he would now work on a number of other projects he had been "mulling over", but did not give more detail.
