DCS Automedia improves xCenta

DCS Automedia, the e-business division of IT solutions provider DCS Automotive, has launched a new version of its web control centre, xCenta, designed specifically for the automotive sector.

XCenta powers computer applications and to increase the functionality of a company's website or intranet site and can be used at all levels of the supply chain, from the independent dealer wanting to show his car stock online to a manufacturer who needs to manage a network of dealer websites.

The enhanced applications offered by xCenta include a web editor, allowing users to update their own websites without programming skills, and the Health and Safety application, an intranet tool allowing users to view all the H&S documentation and complete checklists and risk assessments online.

David Allsopp, Camden Group e-business manager, said: “xCenta provides a system that is scalable, flexible and at the forefront of internet technology, as well as being easy to use for our dealers. With its expandability and its continuous development by DCS Automedia specialists we also know that it is future-proof and perfect for our requirements.”
