Land Rover has launched an accident management programme in partnership with Mondial Assistance, providing full claims management for its drivers.

The service is available on all new Land Rovers, used approved vehicles and for customers who have a Land Rover Assistance policy.

Mondial provides comprehensive claims management, liaising between the customer and third party insurance companies and will book the damaged vehicle in for repairs for the customer. The full-service offering also provides for recovery to a Land Rover bodyshop and ongoing liaison to ensure that repairs are carried out within a 'reasonable timescale'.

Mondial also provides advice to customers on how to proceed with a claim, plus legal advice and uninsured loss recovery.
