The new Mondeo made its auction debut at a special Ford Sale at BCA Nottingham this week.

A total of 10 new Mondeos were offered and sold in a sale for franchised dealers and approved Ford buyers that also saw 200 vehicles entered direct from the manufacturer, including the Ka, Fiesta, Focus, Escort, Cougar, Scorpio, Galaxy and Explorer.

97% of the entry was sold.

The sale featured the 1.8 and 2.0 Mondeo models in Zetec, LX and Ghia variants, the majority December 2000 registered and around 5,000 miles. The Mondeo's achieved an average exceeding 80% against current list price.
