Dealers must not underestimate the importance of training with both manufacturers and specialist providers, according to Guy Allman of BTC.

BTC is one of seven leading specialists that have developed Automotive Training Partners to improve and encourage training in the industry.

“ATP members can add value to complement manufacturer training, offering tactical and strategic solutions to dealers' problems,” said Mr Allman.

“We are businesses that adhere to quality standards. All ATP members want to produce measurable returns on investment for our clients.

“We are already working with dealers and we took more enquires at the Automotive Management spring conference.” Automotive Training Partners are: BTC (new/used car sales), People First Europe (business, fleet and commercial vehicle sales), Cyber Cars (internet selling), PRO.F.I.T (finance and insurance), Aftersales First (aftersales), Automotive Business College (management) and Lawgistics (trading standards, consumer and employment law).
