Retailers urged to adopt ATP

Dealers must not underestimate the importance of training with both manufacturers and specialist providers, according to Guy Allman of BTC.

BTC is one of seven leading specialists that have developed Automotive Training Partners to improve and encourage training in the industry.

“ATP members can add value to complement manufacturer training, offering tactical and strategic solutions to dealers' problems,” said Mr Allman.
