AutoLocate signs used car deal with Yahoo

AutoLocate ( and Yahoo have announced an on-line used car marketing partnership whereby every AutoLocate dealer customer will automatically have their stock promoted through the search engine's UK and Ireland website.

Steve Ricketts, AutoLocate's strategic development manager, said: "If you promote your cars with AutoLocate, then you'll also be with Yahoo! It won't cost our dealer customers a penny and represents real added value."

Yahoo has secured an estimated 39% reach into UK households and with 275m confirmed visits to their web pages recorded in just one month.

The new partnership adds more than 20,000 used cars to the Yahoo 'Classified' section via AutoLocate's nationwide network of motor industry customers.
