The first right hand drive versions of the Smart two-seater city cars City Coupe and Cabriolet, from DaimlerChrysler, will be delivered to customers in early November.

Prices start from £6,295, on the road, for the entry level smart & pure which has a turbo-charged, three cylinder, 599cc engine. The sportier smart & pulse starts from £7,295. The high specced smart and passion starts from £7,995. The Smart City Cabriolet, available in passion trim, starts from £9,995 on the road.

Standard specification across the smart range includes ABS, the TRUST-PLUS electronic traction control system, driver and passenger airbags, electric windows, remote central locking, rev counter, clock and RDS radio cassette.
