The RAC is launching a new set of promotional materials to help dealers sell cars backed by RAC inspections and warranties.

The guidelines are aimed to help make vehicles more eye-catching and to get more prospects on to the forecourt. The move is part of a new dealer brand use programme - an initiative that aims to provide the right material for retailers working in partnership with the RAC.

“When the RAC brand is displayed correctly, dealers give themselves even more opportunities to promote the message of reliability and cost effectiveness to customers,” says Don Pinkney, RAC warranty managing director, who believes retailers can consolidate business using the scheme.

“We believe the RAC brand helps maximise car sales, so it's important dealers get it right now and continue to take advantage of the power of the brand in the future,” he says.
